Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
By using this website or buying the 3 Clients on Block video course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the site.
1. Who we are
Philip Varghese, trading as The AuDHD Entrepreneur, Unit 83011, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US, United Kingdom, phil@theaudhdentrepreneur.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over and able to enter a legal agreement.
3. What you're buying
The 3 Clients on Block video course: video lessons, a spreadsheet, message templates, bonuses and 30 days of email support. It is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you. Access is through our course platform (Kajabi) and is for life, as long as the course and platform remain available.
4. Education only, no guarantees
The course is educational. It shows a method for contacting people you already know. We don't promise any number of clients, any income or any result. Your results depend on your own situation, effort, offer and market, so they will vary. Examples and testimonials on this site come from my own business and one-to-one client work. They are not results from this course and they are not typical.
This course is not medical, mental health, legal, tax or financial advice. Neurodivergence is mentioned to describe who the course is for. It is not a diagnosis.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. The beta price is a limited introductory price and may change. Payment is taken by our payment platform (SamCart) at checkout.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: 8 days, and less than 17% of the course watched. If the checkout page shows a more specific refund policy, that one applies.
7. Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for yourself. You may not share your login, copy, resell, share or post the videos, templates or documents, or use them to teach or sell something similar. All content stays our property.
8. Support
Email support runs for 30 days from purchase, during which we will reply within a reasonable time. It covers questions about using the course. It is not a coaching service.
9. Third-party platforms
We use other services to run the course and checkout, such as Kajabi, SamCart and Unbounce. We aren't responsible for their outages, changes or policies.
10. Our responsibility
We take care to provide the course with reasonable skill. We are not responsible for lost income, lost clients, lost opportunities or indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under UK law.
11. Ending access
We may end your access without a refund if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login or copying the content.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to you.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
